PRIVACY POLICY UPDATES

We may revise this Privacy Policy at any time, in our sole discretion, by posting an amended Privacy Policy on our websites. Any changes that we make to this Privacy Policy will be effective immediately upon posting. You should check this page periodically for changes to the Privacy Policy. If you object to any such changes, you must cease using our websites, products and services. Continued use of our websites, products or services following notice of any such changes shall indicate your acknowledgment of such changes and agreement to be bound by the terms and conditions of such changes.

PRIVACY OF MINORS

We do not knowingly collect or maintain information provided by children under the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, and in any event does not knowingly collect information provided by or relating to children under the age of 18. If a child has provided us with personally-identifying information without parental or guardian consent, the parent or guardian should contact us and we will remove the information.

The following supplements the information contained in this Privacy Policy, and applies solely to all visitors, users, customers and others who reside in the State of California (“consumers” or “you”). We adopt this notice to comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (CCPA) and California Civil Code, Section 1798.83. Any terms defined in the CCPA and Section 1798.83 of the California Civil Code have the same meaning when used in this notice.

California Civil Code, Section 1798.83

A business subject to California Civil Code section 1798.83 is required to disclose to its California customers, upon request, the identity of any third parties to whom the business has disclosed personal information within the previous calendar year, along with the type of personal information disclosed, for the third parties’ direct marketing purposes.

California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018

Only you, or a person registered with the California Secretary of State that you authorize to act on your behalf, may make a verifiable consumer request related to your personal information. You may also make a verifiable consumer request on behalf of your minor child.

You may only make a verifiable consumer request for access or data portability twice within a 12-month period. The verifiable consumer request must:

• Provide sufficient information that allows us to reasonably verify you are the person about whom we collected personal information or an authorized representative.
• Describe your request with sufficient detail that allows us to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to it.

We cannot respond to your request or provide you with personal information if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm the personal information relates to you.

Making a verifiable consumer request does not require you to create an account with us. However, we do consider requests made through your password protected account sufficiently verified when the request relates to personal information associated with that specific account.

We will only use personal information provided in a verifiable consumer request to verify the requestor’s identity or authority to make the request.

Types of verifiable consumer requests:

Access to Specific Information – once we receive and verify your request based on the criteria herein, we will disclose to you:

• The categories of personal information we collected about you.
• The categories of sources for the personal information we collected about you.
• Our business or commercial purpose for collecting or selling that personal information.
• The categories of third parties with whom we share that personal information.
• The specific pieces of personal information we collected about you (also called a data portability request).
• If we disclosed your personal information for a business purpose, identifying the personal information categories that each category of recipient obtained.

Data Portability – we will select a format to provide your personal information that is readily useable and transmittable.

Deletion – we will delete (and direct our service providers to delete) your personal information from our records, unless an exception applies.

Personal Information Sales Opt-Out and Opt-In Right – We do not sell your personal information.

If you have an account with us, we will deliver our written response to that account. If you do not have an account with us, we will deliver our written response by mail or electronically, at your option.

Any disclosures we provide will only cover the 12-month period preceding the verifiable consumer request’s receipt. The response we provide will also explain the reasons we cannot comply with a request, if applicable.

ADDITIONAL RIGHTS

You may have other privacy protections under applicable state laws. To the extent these laws apply, we will comply with them when we share information about you.
