Our knowledgeable caregivers and nurses provide one-on-one care for you or your loved one. Therefore, you can remain in the comfort of your own home, treated with dignity and respect.
Empowered Care LLC will place or find a caregiver who has the skill level to carry out the task on your care plan. This may a Personal Care Attendant to perform activities of daily living or a Licensed Practical Nurse for clients requiring ostomy care.

Healthcare is expensive, and notably, the costs continue to rise. However, we are here to help. With this in mind, we have price transparency and affordable rates. Not only do we accept Missouri Medicaid, Veteran's Benefits, workman's compensation, and most long-term care insurances, but we will also explore all possible funding sources.
What areas do you serve?
While our office is located in St. Louis, Missouri, we provide CDS and in-home senior care services in ten Missouri counties: Jefferson, Washington, Saint Charles, Lincoln, Saint Louis, Perry, Saint Genevieve, and Saint Francois counties define our service area.
